The cases are packed and lined up in the hall. There's an extra one this time, containing all the extreme cold weather gear – salopettes, snow boots, thermal undies, silly hats and two week's supply of 'Little Hotties' (hand warmers). We really don't have much idea how cold it's going to be when we get to Northern Norway, but I think we have clothes for most eventualities!
The taxi is picking us up at 5:30am to take us to the coach pick-up point outside the Tickled Trout in Preston. We therefore need to be up by 4:45. Is it even worth going to bed?!!!
